Responsible for accounting, audits, and financial planning including acquisition proformas, due diligence and project financing of investment properties.

Formed land bank investments including properties in Brevard, Nassau and Volusia Counties in Florida.

Paul A. Lester / / Real Estate, Corporate, Commercial Transactions Attorney and Main Street Residential Consultant

Paul A. Lester is an active consultant and attorney for Main Street Residential assisting with legal and key real estate decisions and providing various energy conservation technologies. Mr Lester has been practicing as a real estate, corporate, and commercial transactions attorney for over 35 years in south Florida. Mr. Lester obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree with highest honors and earned admission to Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Rochester, Rochester, New York, in 1971, and obtained a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1974. He was a Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Penn Law Forum while in law school. Mr. Lester was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1974, the District of Columbia Bar and the Florida Bar in 1975, and the Massachusetts Bar in 2003. Presently, he is Of Counsel to Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., a 400 lawyer multi-office Florida firm headquartered in Miami.

Prior to joining Main Street Residential, Mr. Lester was a (founding) partner in Landmark Residential, which has sponsored and managed over 22,000 multifamily units in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Texas, and North Carolina, as well as a co-venturer with Paramount Companies of Florida of approximately 5,000 condominium conversion units in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. These projects consisted of over $1.5 billion in real estate transactions with over 70 project acquisitions and involvement with most major national and regional money center real estate banks as well as governmental and private real estate multifamily lenders.

Mr. Lester was a co-founder of both a south Florida savings and loan association in the 1980's and a commercial bank in 2005, which was bought out by a privately held multi-billion dollar organization. He also is active in a variety of civic activities and private not-for-profit Boards, including serving for over thirty years as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Miami Northwest Express Track Club, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization that has provided guidance to thousands of economically disadvantaged boys and girls, and has produced medal winning Olympic track and field athletes. He has resided in south Florida for over 40 years with his wife and family.
